I like the sun,
I like to run.
I ate a bun,
I shot a gun.
I do it for fun,
And now we're done.

Pat hurt himself when he sat.
They had a big fight,
Until it was bright.

His characters are very weird.
We don't see him today,

He likes to hop,
And drop with his pop.
His books are fun,

He really likes to play.

You can visit at the zoo,
See the animals that go boo!

Dr. Seuss has a lot of fun,
He finishes books and is not done.
He really loves to write and read,
But he also makes a lovely bead.
He goes outside and plays for days,
And then he goes inside to praise.

He's really a turtle.
