It's Christmas Eve
and snow falls to the ground,
It's time for bed
and I hear a sound.
I take a peek out my door,
and I see a person
with a toy or more.
He is so large!
I can't believe my eyes,
I think I see Santa Claus!
My face got blushed,
it wasall red!
When I told my mom,
"Nonsense!" she said.
So now every Christmas, I'll go to
sleep, safe and sound
without a peep.
"Winter"
Samantha-rm. 11-3rd Gr.
Winter is here,
The coldness is near.
It's time to have fun,
Without any sun.
And when it will snow,
There are snowballs to throw.
There are Chrismas trees,
Blowing in the breeze.
We have a sled,
In our shed,
We usually sled
Every year.
