Consequences
It’s never ok to interfere with others education. A positive verbal reminder of the rule will be the first consequence. A change of seating arrangement (if needed) would be a second consequence and the final consequence would be to chat after class. If the students does not change his behavior I will enlist the help from the classroom teacher, parent and principal.
